Linda Dunphy offers a lifetime of yoga and fitness to her students. She has provided expert yoga instruction since 2011 in Arlington, Virginia teaching a year-round Wednesday evening class in south Arlington as well as privates and workshops. She is certified as a 500-Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Certified Teacher for Dr. Loren Fishman’s Method for Yoga For Osteoporosis — a clinically proven method of specific yoga poses to build bone density and reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis in young and old alike.

Her yoga teaching is geared from the beginner to the practiced student with careful instruction to help you find alignment and ease. Students will stretch and strengthen muscles; build bone density, enhance flexibility, balance and posture; and, cultivate more efficient breathing for a calm mind and reduced stress.
